Therefore, if something resonates with you it means that an energy in motion (emotion) that someone else has said or experienced returns back to you frequently, in relation to a frequency, and echoes in your head because you can relate to it in some form usually personally.

There are many frequencies that commands our spirits to reach its highest.

The Most HIGHEST and frequent echoes shall come from deep prayer, which includes affirmations; as well as mindful meditation, which includes being still and knowing your G.O.D. (Gifts of Divinity) and recognizing and analyzing the power and purpose of the sounds we hear and adhere to.
These echoes are not to be mistaken for a disorder. In fact, it can bring ORDER. Spiritual RIGHTeous ORDER to the chaotic noise of our surroundings.

Peace and Blessings Oni Abeni, I have followed soundbreathlight on instagram for sometime now and it has been my wish to buy her book but time has not been on my side. However, I am thankful to you for reminding me of my mind... LOL... I will make it my priority very soon. It seems you have presented a fact that many have stated before in a new way and I am impressed and grateful to you for The Miracle Tones and Healing Tones, those are two of my favorites. I have reclaimed my sanity many days with these Tones. It feels strange that you shared these two particular Tones and provided soundbreathlight information. There are no coincidences. I know we are all connected but when the Spirit speaks to me through people in this manner some times it scares me but I am ready and as you say NO FEAR... Peace and Blessings

Marie is a woman of many hats and it is an honor for her to give her style and grace so willing. She and I have been aquainted in a few ways; one, being a sister organization by the name of Duafe' Forum; another, through her independent filming and the latter, Harambee Market of Little Rock. She is a GEM and a Spiritual Original Gangstar. Again, I am honored and INjoy. She graced me with a copy of her book after purchasing the E-Book and it was well worth the funds. Being an Author as well, I know how much time and energy it takes to bring forth the divine speech of the Meter Neter but she does it with power and purpose... eternally grateful and humble to have her innerG(oddess) on the B.L.O.G.

ReplyDeleteTo be heard clearly is wonderful. But to be heard without making a sound is AMAZING.
Our way of life shhould be a sound wave or a beautiful tone willing to be listened to, it should be soothing to the eyes, the spirit and the mind.
A sound bounces off objects to create a everflowing melody. Our words, our actions, our thoughts all intertwined to make beautiful sounds.
Alot of unspoken words can make a spirit or break a spirit.
Visual teaching can have a lasting impression on the UNITED SPIRITS.
I ask myself what kind of unspoken mood does my lifestyle give off, am I Jazzy, R & B, Southern Soul or a little Rock and Roll?!
The "SOUND" we make should be an ECHO heard that can instantly change a low mood to positive energy.
Our verbal sounds are for uplifting. T
he tongue can be a stabbing object or it could bring peace, happiness, and JOY.
So many in this crazy cock-eyed world are dealing with problems like never before seen.
Violence, crime, unnatural treatment of humankind and many more things affect life choices.
People are tired of dealing with the Negative ECHOS and Soundwaves from BOMBS that claim innoncent lives from senseless people.
People are tired of homelessness, lack of food, sickenes because someone who has the ability and resource to lend a helping hand would rather set it on fire or destroy it by throwning it overboard just because they feel like they can.
How do I Resonate Spiritual Inner[G]?
I make my Soundwaves heard without saying a word and by speaking loudly.
My actions ECHO wherever I go because I do not want what I have to say to be only heard while I'M saying it but for it to continue to reverberate while I'm gone.
My friends continue to Say it LOUd and Vibrate the World with your INNER[G] !!
Your Spirit is shining... we do make a sound or give off a vibration whether we speak or not. Our vibrations will speak before we do. Our vibrations will bring US (United Spirits) together as one to move forward through the chaotic frequencies and negative noise. So many people think we are not connected but fortunately and unfortunately we are and once we become mindful of this universal connection we can let spirit reign as one... One Goal. One Aim. One G.O.D. It will take time and innerG but ancient times, rites, and writings are proof that we can all speak the same language or tongue and it does not have to be loud or soft it will be felt and definitely heard no matter what. In agreement with your spirit and thought, I, too, at this moment will ask myself, "What kind of unspoken mood does my lifestyle give off, am I Jazzy, R & B, Southern Soul or a little Rock and Roll?!" My spirit says we (my mind, body and spirit guides) resonates with Hip Hop for KRS-One reasons... He quotes in his song Hip Hop Lives, "...This is hip hop, we gon? last forever Hip means to know, it's a form of intelligence To be hip is to be update and relevant Hop is a form of movement You can't just observe a hop, you gotta hop up and do it Hip and hop is more than music Hip is the knowledge, hop is the movement Hip and Hop is intelligent movement Or relevant movement..." This speaks to my mind, body and spirit and makes complete sense and in this crazy, crazy world all some of US (United Spirits) desire is for it to all make sense... the days, the nights, the noise, the vibes... does it make senses (cents) literally, figuratively, and phonically. US (United Spirits) as divine beings are aware we need cents but that is not our spiritual purpose. However, as Divine Spiritual beings it is seemingly designed for US (United Spirits) not to be economically sound but we still make noise only to let the world know we are here, loud and proud and then we return to our humble peaceful spirits.
