The SIGNS Language

The signs of this time, are speaking to US (United Spirits) in its most natural form... in the NaTuRe of things and in the NaTuRe of people.

Our Mother Earth is speaking to US directly and assertively. 

The inhabitants of this land must remember Mother Earth and all her beautiful, sacred and pure energy that lives in US all.

During the time of crISIS, a moment in time where we shall remember one of our ancient storytimes including Isis, Osirius, and Set.

Remember the time, when we (Women Especially) in a crISIS, pieced it all together...

created the first Mummy (Osiris) and then brought forth a new Sun... a new Horizon...

Horus, to avenge the wrongful actions of SETting with Jealousy, Envy, Greed, and much lesser energies.

We shall soon receive a new day, a new horizon to avenge the wrongful actions or unjust actions of the past to birth a new energy

Do not let this time, raise your lower self... stay strong... stay focused!

The value of one's life is much to consider while these STATES of emergency overflow into our homes, our children, our elders, our  our communities, our minds, our hearts, our wallets, our bodies and other areas of our existence and environment.

The signs of this time is a language in itself and if we shall close our mouths, open our eyes and ears to see and listen closely and clearly; we can interpret the language of NaTuRe.

At this time, remember cleanliness is next to godliness, PLEASE take your time and get closer to G.O.D.

At this time, we shall remember, in the most complex and simpliest meaning of remember...

Remember, as it relates to recalling a memory.

Re as a prefix -again and again. Member again... become apart of the Natural order of things and Mother Earth's longing to live in harmony and strength with US (United Spirits)

Re as another prefix - backwards such as to go back and fetch as in the KiSwahili term Sankofa... Go Back!

In this crISIS, we shall re-member our bodies and the natural ways to keep it in peace (calm and collective) and not in pieces... (broken and unholy-not whole or not sacred). We shall re-member the whole self and how to maintain its balanced health and wellness.

We shall re-member the compassion we are given in this very moment to have the will and power including the purpose to be here on Earth at this time for a reason in this season.

What are you doing to save our Mother, what are you doing to save you for our Mother, what are you doing toward and forward to your purpose, what are your visions now that it is 2020 and things are not so clear on the surface of our Mother Earth???

Remember! The SIGNS of the times are a Language in themselves but it takes time, silence, and an open mind to interpret the Language of the SIGNS!

Garden yOUR Spirit

How do I maintain a spiritual balance while maintaining and earthly existence and balance? GARDEN YOUR SPIRIT!

Water your spirit with divine inspirations, vibrations, and meditations/prayers. Inspiration is breath, BREATHE! Vibration is in some form sound or movement. Meditation is in some form silence with an attentive ear and eye. 

Each may be easy to do, however, all takes time to do well and be well in and after the experience. 

Give your spirit light and lighten your spirit with understanding and peaceful guidance. Moorover, we must remember in a form light there is chaos. Be prepared for spiritual warfare that may not be fair. Some people or dormant energies of disagreeable, negative and opposing nature may not want your spirit to be light or lightened... So, have some soil; a SOuL; foundation and be rooted in spirit. Be firm in peace, purpose and power.

Prayer, Affirmation and Meditative Guidance

Garden my spirit with G.O.D.; Gifts Of Divinity from water, light, SOuL. Provide time and space to grow my spirit in divinity. Breathe... Silence my mind to hear and see no thing in my way and all things clearly... Vibrate higher and move accordingly. Stay UPright in my peace, purpose and power. Be light, enlightened, lightened.

Prepare a garden where you can go for your spirit to grow... each garden will not be the same for no one spirit is the same. 

My meditation garden is planted in sand, a part of nature that lives closest to water and water reminds me to keep flowing with the waves of time and ripples in space.

I would like to re-introduce my spirit self to some and/or re-present my spirit self to others... this publication is to set a tone to tune us (United Spirits) UP for the 

week that too shall pass...

Oni Abeni, in a ancient tone, means born in a sacred abode; WE asked for her, and behold, WE got her) Where is the SACRED ABODE? The mind and Who is WE? the Ancestors and their Descendants. Sahcreed (sacred) relates to a protection system, doctrine, or principles for the Ra (soul) and Ka (spirit)...

This hour is an hour of power that brings peace for our purpose... 

This is for ALL to redirect and guide themselves according to their genetics and perfecting them as well... 

Let's begin by setting our tone... 

If you do not already have an altar with the 4 elements or more then begin by collecting an earth, fire, or air, and water element as well as a mineral element... to include all elements within... gather a white candle and/or a candle of your choice depending on what you so desire of the yourself and others this week...

resin or incenses are optional but strongly recommended to prepare the environment for ritual and call forth angels or spirirts to assist in creating sacred space. Symbolically and Biblically, the smoke that rises as the resin burns helps carry prayers and offerings to Heaven.

Our transitioned ones or ancestors favor sweet and earthly scents such as jasmine and patchouli; palo santo and lavender; frankincense and myrrh. However,  if you know the scents that certain ones in your line of ages (lineage) enjoyed such as an ancestors that enjoyed preparing pies or cakes or other choice meals there are now scents that are made (homemade or store bought) that will stir up those innergies or beings as well. Light each candle or charcoal with resin in LOVE... sacred and pure intentions quietly with yourself. Close your eyes and as you begin to visualize your intentions for the week confirm and affirm those intentions with a closing thought of Ase', let it be, best it be, or so it is, Asante Sana, Medasi, whomp there it is, etc. 

A peace of humor from a recently made ancestor of mine that rest in love

We possess the power and purpose to bring out the worst and/or best of anyone of our line of ages (lineage) depending on the matter; we can take the matter of our lineage in our own hands and bring forth our needs or desires. As we bring ourselves back to our visualizations... let's take a moment of silence to FOCUS on their fruition...As we move forward... I would like each of you to create a circular grid around yourselves for untiy and protection... if you do not have gemstones, crystals, or other minerals/nature of this sort... visualize... rose quartz (love and unity), selenite (spiritual), tourmaline (black stone for protection), clear quartz (amplifying energy) or a citrine (focus) place them in an order... one of each then repeat that order until you reach the closing of the circle or one stone surrounding you... as we are unified and protected in the peace, purpose and power of the Most Highest spiritual energy... 

Note to SELF:

For those who are present and have conflict of interest with the using of crystals or scents... 

these spiritual energies were used in biblical times and before... 

be not afraid to embrace such power of your G.O.D. (gifts of Divinity)

Rise and Reign

Be open and willing to release yourself from yourself. Often times we hold ourselves back by holding on to old parts of ourselves that need to be released or made new and whole again. We hold on to the pain, the worry, the people, the places, and the things of the past or the present that no lonher has our best potential and purpose in mind. There is a spiritual awakening that takes place when we experience these things and then show and prove how to release them as they come. On this earthly realm, it is healing to the spirit and soul not to remain stagnant and heavy with physical, mental or emotional experiences.

Each experience reveals a innerG(od) essence that also reveals your strength, endurance and weaknesses

"In my tradition ancestors are a part of everyday life, you never exclude them, because whatever is happening in your life you know they have a part in it.

Among our rituals are individual ones that you must do in order to keep your spirit attuned or cleansed. Then there are spontaneous rituals, for when something strange happens, especially in a situation you never faced before. 

You start to realize that major challenges that you have gone through in your life are initiation forms. Those initiation forms are there to help you follow the next course in life, and if you do not follow those courses something in you dies. Yet the purpose of initiation is to get those things to die so you can get the new skin on, just like a lizard. As you grow up, you shed those skins and take on something new. You don’t want to put the old skin back because it wouldn’t fit. 

There is also a maintenance ritual, which is like getting an oil change for your car. If you don’t do those maintenance rituals you can’t have a successful radical ritual because there are too many fragmentations."
