Hi Oni Abeni, I am following your advice. Today, I decided to turn off my phone, take a walk with my children in our community park and have lunch with them in nature. My children were so excited and full of joy. Thanks for the reminder... they were even more excited to hear that we will be doing this on Sundays after our fellowship for awhile now that Spring is arriving:)
Hi Ruth, Oni Abeni, always fills my mind and heart with new ideas and adventure. I took the same advice but actually returned all my calls because I rarely answer my phone and did some much needed exercising and now I am relaxing with a book. This has been a self serving day and I even gave a little of myself today too. I feel good:)
Ruth, you are an angel. Thank you for remembering and thank you for sharing your day of self love... we (Women Especially) deserve it. I am in joy that your children were in joy with the quality time... they are worth it as well. I do not have children but I have many young cousins, nieces, nephews and other student/children I feel I have helped raised and hopefully made a positive and powerful influence on so I am at peace but I do wait patiently and humbly for the day to enjoy my off springs as you have this day... MUCH Love and Respect Queen... Mama

Yes Queen Ruth (I know you would prefer sister but I think of you higher than that... excuse me. Yes, Queen, I do agree and I am grateful to you for your inspiration and kind words. However, when I began to expand my mental once upon a time ago I remembered and realized I had been a nurturer for a long time to many creative thoughts and actions and for many children or youth. Moreover, my spirit is completely looking forward to nurturing more and hopefully children from my womb in the future. Again, thank you for the inspiration, kind words and mostly the loving and supporting energy... it is most appreciated Ruth... GENUINELY... May peace be with you all ways and always...
